I do love Silkies, and yours are so pretty. A blue splash Silkie won best bird at the State Fair Poultry show this past fall. A little girl owned the chicken and her chicken competed against MANY chickens , most shown by serious competing adults.
Don't you just love to see the chicks fluff in the sand and sun,? Thanks for sharing, I am still on a blogging break but just wanted to come by and say Hi to you and Miss Lily, enjoy your weekend. Hugs, Sue
I hope you had a blessed Resurrection Day. Also, please, please don't ever take the sock monkeys off the side bar. Every time I see them I have an "awww" moment from that lovely post.
Paula, it looks like spring at your place......wonderful, it is really trying to be spring here but some days it can't make up its mind.....I love the quilt!!! Do you have a quilting machine? or do you do that with your sewing machine?........we are on spring break and so I am trying to catch up and my blog reading :o)
I have missed reading your blog and lately seem to only catch you when you post darling Lily on FB. Shame on me for letting so much time pass between visits. I so do enjoy the farm pics and what you are sewing these days.
