*tap tap* Hello? Anyone still out there?
Yes, it is I.... slinking back into this blawg after neglecting it for, well... all of 2014 so far. *Sigh*
No excuses, really... just can't seem to cram enough into each day lately, let alone post updates on here.
But that is all about to change! (Really?) Yes.
I have a rather large and growing collection of pictures from the last three months I'm just about to bust to share. With anyone. Just not today. *Insert evil laugh* I'll be posting them on Friday Farm Fotos over the next few weeks, spreading them out so it will be more exciting that way. Kinda like a cliffhanger. Or not.
I'm also going to start something new around here; I started writing in my journal again back a few months ago, and I'm thinking of sharing some of my short stories from it with you. Sometimes I just write nonsense~ well make that most of the time~ but some of them are memories from my childhood and other musings that I want to put on here if for no other reason than to put it out there for someone other than me to read.
Oh, and something else~ I'm trying to familiarize myself with all this social media stuff by posting a picture every morning on Twitter or Instagram or both. Usually it's a picture of a chicken, a sheepie, or Lily; so if you can handle critter cuteness first thing in the morning, look me up. Click here to find me on Twitter, and here to find me on Instagram. Oh, and here for Facebook, if that's your thing.
I've got a lot of catching up to do with all my blog friends, so I'd better get started.... can't wait to see what's been going on with YOU!
Happy Tuesday!
Cześć Paula :)
ReplyDeleteNo faktycznie długo Cię nie było, czekam na zaległe wieści z Twojej Farmy :)
Uściski ślę :)

Hugs to you, Ilona!! ♥
DeleteWelcome back to blog land ~ I for one have certainly missed you !
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to your sharing og Friday Farm photos .
I haven't done any other types of social media but perhaps I should get with the program and look into them ~ a photo a day I could handle posting (would love it I think) now off to peek at twitter :))
Thanks, Willow~ you should totally Twitter!! ;)
Delete'bout time. Well, we both know, I (rarely) use twitter. (I forget) However, I do use Facebook. Not so much my personal page, though. (my family and military friends of the past are not very talkative or interesting) I do have a 'chicken' page. Chickens Out Yonder. Post a lot of pics and may say something witty or dumb on occasion. Still blog but, not every day. Only when the mood strikes.
ReplyDeleteWelcome back.
Thanks, Mike. And "chicken pages" of any kind are always great in my book. *giggle*squeeeal*
DeleteOh I have really missed you, Paula! I certainly look forward to reading your stories.
ReplyDeleteI've missed you too, Charlotte!!! *HUGS* I'll be getting around to your place in a little while to see what you've been up to. *wink*

Well-two things are making me giggle like crazy right now. One of them is the chicken looking at me from your blog. The other one is that nutty little picture at your Instagram that looks like someone being blasted up in the air-under their butt....can I say-only you would make me laugh like this!!!
ReplyDeleteWelcome back Paula, looking forward to you sharing of what has been happening with you and on the farm, give Lily a hug from me. Blessings,
ReplyDeleteSue
Wondered what happened to you.
ReplyDeleteWelcome back!
I'm still here. Sorry but I don't have instagram or Facebook. Perhaps should I start with that.
ReplyDeleteA lovely little feather-thing you have there :)
Welcome back. I always enjoy your posts and gentle humor. You have been missed!
ReplyDeleteOh, Paula...don't feel bad! I had a bad YEAR last year! It's a long story and I won't go into it all. My husband was gone for most of the year, and I was depressed a lot. I also had a computer crash during that time. It was pretty rotten. :-) Oh, and I was so annoyed because I had my hubby take the old digital with him wasn't getting any good pictures with our 35mm. But then we got a new Nikon digital and I started getting back into things about the time you started taking your break, and well, somehow I hadn't caught up with you in all of this, and I apologize! I hope you will go by and see some of my latest posts. I finally am getting some good bird shots and feel like I am doing better, photo-wise. We just had our 45th anniversary, too and spent two days in Madera Canyon which was great! Hope you are doing well. So sorry your poor garden got frozen! How awful! This past winter was hard on a lot of people. Looks like things are bouncing back for you and I am glad.
