I realize your picture is sunSET but I think of the old hymn"
"When morning gilds the skies my heart awaking cries: May Jesus Christ be praised! Alike at work and prayer, to Jesus I repair: May Jesus Christ be praised!" yes ma'am - gilded skies really do lift our hearts - lovely picture. Great minds DO think alike at least in sky terms.
Thanks for the encouragement, Paula..we were able to make the payment, barely but did...now for the other bills..the money has been earned, its just not coming in..God will and has done great things..learning patience and trust hard! I will be praying for you too..
A picture IS worth a thousand words. It teaches us to never take thesethings for granted. Beauty surrounds us in ways we don't even notice....We are all blessed.... (((HUGS))) Linda
Hi Paula. I was just thinking about visiting your blog this morning...got called away by the phone...and just came back and see you've left me a message on my blog!!! LOL...Thanks so much for visiting and leaving me such kind comments.
God is SO GOOD to PAINT us such masterpieces ISNT HE? WOW! Seeing YOUR picture in my guestbook brought a smile from ear to ear on this goofy mug today. GOD BLESS YOU SWEET FRIEND, Hugs from the Potting shed
Hi Paula; thanks for stopping by to visit the other night! I love that Andy Griffith episode too; also the one with Aunt Bea's Kerosene cucumbers! LOL! I love the b/w ones only!!! So how do you plant pumpkins? I thought I had to do that in May or something? I am new to planting!!
What a gorgeous sunset! I was thinking the other night, as I was trying in vain to peer over the treetops of our neighborhood to see the sunset, that if ever we move, it's going to be someplace where I can 'see' the sun set each night.
Don't you just love those skies like that? There's something about seeing that . . . it is wordless! Only God can paint a sky like that!!!! Just lovely!
Hi Paula, I came to your blog to see what you have posted to make me laugh tonight and instead you made me stop and think how great God is and how thankful I am for being able to see another sunset. Love, Ann
