Just a little "rerun" from a year ago today.... my camera's compact flash card bit the dust and haven't had the chance to get a new one, so I thought I would re-post some pictures from Christmas 2009.
We had quite a bit of snow when I took these pictures, and although it has been snowing here on and off for the past three days, we haven't had enough to measure. (Yet...)
Just seeing these again helped me get into the Christmas Spirit a little more - hope you enjoy them the second time around too!
I really enjoyed the Christmas tour at your place. Very festive!
ReplyDeleteLooks like everyone is ready, and I really like that dog. He's so cute!
Debbie
Good Morning Paula, Beautiful pictures! Everything looks so festive with the snow. Hope you have a wonderful week.
ReplyDeletePaula~ What lovely pictures, thanks for sharing them.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures!! I love the huge wreath!!
ReplyDeleteWe had about 6" of snow on Saturday!! Beautiful at the holidays!!! Puts you in the spirit!!
Merry Christmas!!
Morning Paula,
ReplyDeleteBRRRRRR it looks cold on the farm right now. LOVE seeing all the pictures...just beautiful! Hope you have a great day and try to stay warm.♥
Love your "Hippy Chickens" as my kids always called them. I haven't seen any in years.
ReplyDeleteYour place is lovely.
Have a wonderful day!!
Oh wow, I think you might have almost more snow than we do right now! That was my FIRST thought!
ReplyDeleteMy second (and all consecutive thoughts), was you've got some beautiful decorations in your home ~ and I especially love the huge wreath on the barn.
But my favourite picture is the cardinal. Absolutly exquisite ~ and so naturally Christmasy!! I wish we had those up here.
Looks great Paula! I especially love all the snow. That wreath on the barn is awesome!! Blessings
ReplyDeleteOh Paula.....you got some snow!!!
ReplyDeleteEverything looks just lovely--even your Christmas banner on your blog!
Hope you have a wonderful week--
Blessings,
Pam
Delightfully festive - love the place settings at your table.
ReplyDeleteSo Christmas-y! Love the pictures...'specially the tractors! Smokey doesn't seem too fond of the snow! Happy Holidays!
ReplyDeleteEven though I lived on a farm for a couple years, and so know all the hard work and bad times, I think the great times and honesty of the farm outweighs everything else. These pics are idyllic indeed, and look fabulous. Now wheres my pitchfork?
ReplyDeleteI love all the pics, but my favorite is the cardinal..And yes it looks very Christmasy there as it does here right now...have a good one...
ReplyDeleteWhat lovely pictures!!!! I so want some snow - but all we are having is cold and rain. Have a wonderful week

Hi Paula, I love the pictures of winter at the Fraker Farm!
ReplyDeleteThe little red bird sitting on the fence is beautiful! It looks like a professional bird picture!
Hugs, Ann
We have an old rake sitting out in front of our place too, it belonged to my husbands grand father! Love the big wreath your husband is hanging up! Wish we had some snow, it snows all around us..maybe today! Enjoy the warmth of the season my friend! Come say hi :D
ReplyDeleteThose have to be some of the prettiest pictures I've ever seen, Paula! BEAUTIFUL!!!
ReplyDeleteOh paula~ everything looks so pretty in the snow, even the sheepies:) Love that big wreath!!!
ReplyDeleteNothing like snow to bring the sheep out of the barn. They just can't stand to stay in where its warm and they love nosing around. Your home is simply beautiful and all dressed up for the Holidays! Enjoy the time with your family and friends! Can't wait to see your babies when they get here!
ReplyDeleteEverything looks very nice and festive, but Smokey is just too cool.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the Christmas tour! Your table is lovely and I like it when people put wreaths on the barn. Also, nice cardinal picture!!
ReplyDeleteIt's all so pretty, Paula! And I'm a little jealous about the snow! Even my cousin in Louisiana got snow--but not us:( I keep hoping for a white Christmas.
ReplyDeleteI love all your decorations!
I love all the snowy pics! That really puts me in the holiday spirit!
ReplyDeletePaula - you should have your own Christmas cards made this year. The old rake with a big red bow, the red tractor in the shed, your husband putting the wreath up, the cardinal! They'd all make terrific personal Christmas cards! Great photos, girl!
ReplyDeleteHey Paula-I see that you left a ton of comments on my blog. Girl your eyes must be exhausted catching up! I can see from your pictures that you have been busy too. I love the wreath on the barn and all the pics of the farm animals in the snow. If I want to see snow, guess I will have to come to your blog and see it because it looks like we are not going to see any for awhile. Rats! Good day for knitting and drinking nice hot tea or hot chocolate with marshmallows. Can you tell I am jealous of your snow? How are the beehives doing in the winter?
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty farm. The silkies look sorta worried-I think they are afraid you will get those diapers for them! Love to ya~ Debra
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely beautiful! Your farm is ready for Christmas. Your pictures are so professional, you could have all of them made into card sets.Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteDebbie
Oh Paula! Everything looks so pretty! I just love visiting your home....Take care my friend! Love, mare
ReplyDeleteOh, Miss Paula!
ReplyDeleteEverything is just beautiful! I love, love your plates and placemats!!!!!
And how sweet that your hubby puts that big ole pretty wreath up for all to see! Do you ever think that the animals might think that he's putting it up for them? Or IS he?!?!? Hmmmmm....
Would you mind blowing some of that snow down here to my house?!?
Our children would REALLY, REALLY appreciate it! Thanks!
Merry Christmas,
Julie
Winter looks to be picturesque AND cozy at Fraker Farm. Beautiful photos Paula.
ReplyDeleteSigh... I miss Christmas. We celebrate the holiday in South Florida, of course, but it's supposed to be 84 degrees today. It's just not the same. Thanks for the pictures!
ReplyDeleteChristmas time is definitely comin by the looks of the Fraker farm!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tour Paula! Your farm is so beautiful and I love the snow as well!
Beautiful snow! Everything definitely looks like Christmas!

What beautiful pictures you shared. I love the red in the tractor against all the white, and your little doggy looks so cute in the snow. They're all wonderful.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Marcia
Everything just looks lovely! You might have a white Christmas! blessings,Kathleen
ReplyDeleteWow!!! They are ALL gorgeous but the Redbird shot looks like something you'd find on a calendar!!!hughugs
ReplyDeleteI think I should keep this posting up on my screen for motivational purposes!! I got called to stay home today because of no electric at work and I'm spinning wheels a bit as to what I should work on. The weather is yucky, so that ruled out shopping, which is good anyway, as I didn't have a plan! It is snowing, sleeting, raining, and thundering! Your cardinal picture reminds me that my feeders aren't out yet, but I think it is really blowing too hard right now..but in the next few days.. haven't seen our cardinals yet..soon..
ReplyDeletePaula the photos are just gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteHowdy
ReplyDeleteBlessings of joy to you and yours.

ReplyDeleteWe have snow and freezing temps right now, and I am already tired of it. How far off is summer? lol
There is nothing more beautiful than a farm at Christmas :)
